Honoring Mama
Every coaching relationship we build carries the name — and the spirit — of Alice Jerszynski.

We said our final goodbyes to Mama Alice in October 2023, at the remarkable age of 98. She never sought recognition. She never led with credentials. She just showed up — with patience, with presence, and with a quiet belief in the people she loved that made them believe in themselves.
4Alice carries her name forward as a promise: that every person who works with one of our coaches will experience that same quality of care. Unbiased. Unjudging. Genuinely invested in your growth.

THE STORY
What changed everything was developing a framework that forced me to get clear on what I actually valued, where I genuinely wanted to go, and what I was willing to do to get there. Within 1 year of building the FIVES™ Framework, I'd gone from a struggling rookie to National Account Manager — not by becoming someone different, but by finally getting clear on who I was and what I wanted be.
THE CAREER
20+ years in pharmaceutical and healthcare sales and leadership. Promoted in every role. Advanced from entry-level to a National Account Manager in my first year. Three Circle of Excellence Awards. Three-time Associate Director. And now — coaching the people I see my earlier self in.
